There was a request for inspection due to a malfunction in the connector part of the harness, specifically with the insertion tab. Detecting small parts' careless mistakes, which can be easily overlooked in line work, is a specialty of our software, EasyInpector. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 EasyInpector's "Color Comparison Inspection and Presence of Specified Color Inspection" detects the color of the tab at the pixel level. If the measurement results fall outside the set range, it can be judged as "failed."
